Due to varying entry and exit regulations of different countries, we recommend that your travel document have at least six months of validity remaining on your return departure date. Your travel document must have sufficient blank pages to be stamped with an entry\/exit stamp or visa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must verify all information when registering. If there are any errors or omissions, the airline has the right to charge a change fee, refuse to make changes, or reserve the right to refuse boarding to the passenger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to factors such as foreign currency appreciation, inflation, increases in airfares or hotel prices, and various taxes and fuel surcharges, &quot;the Company&quot; reserves the right to adjust prices before departure. If payment is refused, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must purchase appropriate travel insurance. &quot;Our company&quot; assumes no responsibility for any risks. Customers are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage and shall comply with the terms and conditions of the policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please retain all receipts as proof for any potential refunds under special circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any discounts or reductions must be applied for and supported by proof at the time of booking to the \"Company\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers under the age of 18 must meet the following registration requirements: Under 15 years old: Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 15 years old and under 18 years old: If not accompanied by a parent or guardian, must have the consent of the parent or guardian, sign the registration form, and have appropriate comprehensive travel insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\"The Company\" reserves the final right to accept or reject any reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Included in Price:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please refer to the relevant brochure\/quotation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are subject to change without prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not included in Price:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passport fees, visa fees, and vaccination certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional sightseeing programs or self-funded activities outside the itinerary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airport taxes, port taxes, fuel surcharges, aviation security taxes and fees for overweight baggage in various countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expenses arising from extension of stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peak season or special holiday surcharges on airfares and hotels. All are subject to the final announcement of the carrier or hotel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dietary (except as otherwise listed on the relevant sheet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gratuities for guides, drivers, and service staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All personal expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond the control of the \"Company\" (e.g., personal reasons, transport delays, strikes, typhoons, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any reservation cancellation due to personal reasons or requests to change departure point, date, or name will be treated as a cancellation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For all packages, promotional packages, add-on packages, and charter packages, full payment will be forfeited shall any cancellation or amendment happen upon confirmation of the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer requests to change any information or cancel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline and hotel. If the requested changes are accepted, in addition to the change fee charged by the relevant agency, &quot;our company&quot; will charge a handling fee per person per change; if the changes are not accepted, the customer must proceed with the original confirmed itinerary, otherwise all payments already made will be forfeited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a customer does need to change information or cancel a reservation, they must notify the company in writing or in person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a customer suddenly withdraws from or does not use any items (such as flights, meals, sightseeing or accommodation) during the trip, it will be considered as an automatic waiver, and the fees paid will not be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All terms and conditions for cruise, self-drive tours, local optional tours or train passes are subject to the terms and conditions published by the respective company. For details, please visit the company&#039;s website or contact &quot;our company&quot; staff.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liabilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The transportation (such as airplanes, cruise ships, ships, trains, or buses), accommodation, meals, sightseeing, or entertainment arranged by &quot;Our Company&quot; on behalf of customers are not owned, managed, or operated by &quot;Our Company&quot;. All such arrangements made by &quot;Our Company&quot; on behalf of customers, or any tickets, exchange documents, receipts, contracts, or instruments issued on behalf of the aforementioned service providers, are issued in accordance with the pre-established rules and terms of the aforementioned service providers. In the event of traffic delays, lost luggage, accidental injury or death, or property loss, customers should directly negotiate or claim compensation from the organization that owns, manages, or operates the relevant transportation, hotel, restaurant, tourist attraction, or entertainment project. &quot;Our Company&quot; shall not be liable for such loss, injury, or damage. Customers should negotiate and claim compensation in accordance with the relevant rules and terms of the relevant service provider. &quot;Our Company&quot; shall not be liable for any injury or property loss resulting from any accident encountered by customers during their trip (such as, but not limited to, accidents occurring while participating in any entertainment or game activities).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unless specifically agreed and arranged by &quot;the Company&quot;, if a customer changes the package ticket or cruise ticket to be used by another person on their behalf, &quot;the Company&quot; or its authorized agency&#039;s staff have the right to cancel the customer&#039;s eligibility to use the package ticket without refunding any fees already paid, and the customer shall bear all insurance, liability compensation, and consequences of such actions during the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&quot;Our Company&quot; merely acts as an agent for the services of airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and other travel agencies. Customers who purchase package tickets or cruise tickets from &quot;Our Company&quot; shall not be liable for any losses or additional expenses incurred due to property loss, accidental injury or death, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic delays, fires, strikes, wars, political instability, or government changes to regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regarding accommodation, meals, and sightseeing programs, arrangements will be made according to the itinerary. In the event of special circumstances such as visa issues, sudden hotel occupancy, or changes in flight time, aircraft type, or hotel, &quot;our company&quot; or its authorized agencies shall not be liable for any equivalent changes. &quot;Our company&quot; or its authorized agencies shall make every effort to handle the situation as it arises, and travelers shall not object or withdraw on any grounds. No refunds will be given for any cancelled programs, and &quot;our company&quot; or its authorized agencies shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By paying the deposit, customers agree and authorize the \"Company\" to use its own or a designated third-party credit card to pay suppliers for confirmed travel arrangements on behalf of the customer. This payment method will not affect the total cost in agreement with the customer. The customer understands and accepts this as part of the booking process of the \"Company\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must comply with the laws of the countries they visit, including but not limited to regulations concerning customs, entry, or transportation. Our company is not responsible for any violations of the law by our customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even if a customer holds a valid entry visa and travel document, if they are refused entry by the local immigration or customs authorities due to their own background issues, it has nothing to do with &quot;our company&quot;, and all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All terms and conditions of airline-affiliated agency products and ticket products are subject to the final announcement by the relevant airline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In accordance with the Privacy Ordinance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, all customer information must not be provided to any third party. Please take note.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers should keep copies of their passports (including the page showing their identification information, passport number, and issuing authority), visas, travel receipts, travel insurance policies, and all other important documents with an easily accessible family member or friend in case of loss or damage during the trip. Similarly, customers should ensure that copies of the contact information of family members or friends are provided to &quot;our company&quot; so that &quot;our company&quot; can provide assistance in case of emergency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Airline Liabilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>According to airline guidelines, tickets become invalid if not used in sequence. Therefore, if a passenger is unable to board the plane in sequence for personal reasons and needs to retain a seat for the remaining leg of the journey (domestic and return flights), the airline has the right to charge the passenger relevant handling fees or require the passenger to purchase another ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The airline is only responsible for the terms and conditions of operation contained in the ticket. If a passenger does not board the aircraft, the airline shall not be liable for any consequences. Please take note.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must carefully verify that the name on the receipt is correct. Our company will submit the ticket to the airline using the correct name. If a name change fee is required or a round-trip ticket needs to be repurchased at the full price due to a name error after ticketing, the customer shall bear the responsibility, and our company shall not be held liable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a passenger misses any flight (no-show) without prior notice to the airline to cancel or change their reservation, the airline has the right to cancel the passenger&#039;s outbound, return, and subsequent flights without further notice. The airline also has the right to charge the passenger a no-show fee, and the company has the right to recover any costs incurred due to the absence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cruise Line Liabilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All cruise holidays are subject to the terms and restrictions of the cruise line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please refer to the relevant cruise itinerary and the English version of the terms and conditions before booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Itinerary, berthing time and sailing time will be subject to the final arrangements of the cruise line.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Car Rental Company Liabilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All self-drive holidays are subject to the terms and conditions of the car rental company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please refer to the relevant car rental company and the English version of the terms and conditions before booking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This liability and terms apply only to general airfare and hotel or ferry ticket packages. The terms and conditions of some packages may differ slightly.
